Geshtu-E/Ilawela

The god of mind, intellect, or intelligence in Sumerian/Akkadian mythology. According to the Atrahasis Epic, Gestu-E agrees to be sacrificed during the creation of humankind to provide humans with their own intellect and understanding. See Mami.
