“Bicched” means cursed, bad, horrid (related to “bitch” and, possibly, “bewitched”). “Jape, japing,” “sard, sarding,” and “swive, swiving” are all archaic vulgar terms for sexual relations—the equivalent of “fuck, fucking.” “Tinker’s dam” comes from “a tinker’s curse” and is based on tinkers’ reputation for habitual use of profanity—it means “damn.”
